Latest update on current AP classes and testing

The health and safety of educators and students are the AP® Program's highest priorities. As schools and communities navigate the challenges posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we'll support AP students with free, optional remote learning and at-home AP testing. These options will give students the opportunity to earn the college credit and placement they've been working toward all year.

Breakfast/Lunch provided for pick by UCSD #1

To support our children’s health and nutrition within our community,  UCSD #1 has set up five (5) sites where families can come pick up breakfast & lunch sack meals.  The locations for pickup are as follows: North Evanston Elementary, Clark Elementary, Evanston Middle School, Davis Middle School, and Horizon Jr/Sr High.  
Pickup times will be from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Schools open for personal item pick-up

Schools will be open tomorrow (Tuesday, March 17) for students to pick up their Chromebooks, personal items (PE clothes, Backpacks, Band Instruments, books, etc.), and any medical items currently in the office. Schools will be open between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

COVID-19 School Closure Uinta County School District #1

After consulting with public health officials, and state and local officials, including Governor Mark Gordon and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Balow, we have decided to close all UCSD #1 schools starting tomorrow, Monday, March 16th.  Schools will remain closed through at least Friday, April 3rd.  We will communicate with families as soon as we have the necessary information to make future decisions.

UCSD #1 COVID-19 update

Coronavirus, Influenza and various viral respiratory illnesses are currently in the news and thus public concern is growing.  Our school district wants you to know that we are aware, reviewing and updating protocols, and taking every precaution to ensure the safety of every student and staff member.  Our district will continue to collaborate with state and local health departments as needed and closely monitoring the threat of 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
